Of DayDayCook fame.  She also teaches at Citysuper and is the founder of Moving Concepts.  At The C Club, she will incorporate all her years of experience and love of food, and focus on Wellness Cooking recipes that will be suitable for the entire family.

Cooking Classes (Saturdays 3-5pm)

Our Wellness Cooking Classes are suitable for:

Adult + Child (6 years and older) or

Child only (8 years and older)

For all those who like to eat, and like to cook.

We will supply all food material and hand out detailed recipe.

  • Sep 5 Sat Chicken a la King with rice/pasta + Apple Crumble

  • Sep 19 Chicken Quesadilla + Homemade Guacamole and Pineapple Salsa

  • Oct 10 Healthy Sausage Rolls + Warm Cauliflower, Grapes & Quinoa Salad

  • Oct 24 Stew chicken with Tomatoes and Vegetables + Autumn Apple and Plum Tart

We begin this Summer with our Wellness Cooking program, in hopes to raise children's awareness to healthier eating habits and a more balanced diet.
